ResMi Pass keeps the relationship information consistent by presenting it in one structured document, rather than relying on repeated explanations in each new setting.
What the declaration states
ResMi Pass records the trip destination or destinations and the relationship status you declare, such as married, cohabiting, or engaged. It also includes the core details that connect the declaration to the individuals involved. This makes it clear who the document applies to and what it is confirming.
Details included in ResMi Pass
The document includes first and last names, dates of birth, email addresses and phone numbers for both individuals. It also includes an identification reference such as a passport number or national ID number. Where relevant, ResMi Pass can include the relationship start date.
Signing and witness verification
ResMi Pass is signed by both individuals in the relationship. Two witnesses aged 18 or over also sign the document to confirm that they have verified the couple’s signatures. This provides a clear record of signing and verification.
Use in accommodation settings
ResMi Pass may be presented on request to hotels, resorts, aparthotels, and short-term rentals such as Airbnb, as well as other accommodation types where relationship information is requested as part of their procedures.

Travellers are responsible for checking the rules and documentation requirements for their destination and trip, including entry requirements, stay conditions, and accommodation rules. ResMi Pass is used as supporting documentation when relationship information is requested.
